We pride ourselves in making and packaging all of our products by hand and spare nothing to ensure you receive the best possible product at a reasonable price. Once you've tried our candles, you'll immediately appreciate the quality and value we provide.

The following outlines our wholesale policy and terms. Please read this carefully and if there is any question or concern, feel free to call and discuss it with us. We are in business because of happy customers and look forward to having you as one of them.

Wholesale pricing is confidential in nature. Please submit your credentials to sales@soulscentz.com to receive confidential pricing. Your information will be used only to verify your status as a qualified reseller and will not be shared with any person, group or entity for any other purpose. Once validated, you will contacted via email and given our whole-sale pricing.

Minimums

The minimum opening order for wholesale pricing is $200.00. Re-order minimums are $70.00. Prices and selections are based on availability of raw materials and are subject to change without notice. You will always be notified of any price increase prior to any order being processed to allow you the opportunity to change or cancel a selection. Likewise, as raw material costs lower, savings we receive are passed on to our customers.
 
Selections and Availability

We constantly test new fragrances and create new products. Please refer to our web site to view current and new selections.

To ensure freshness, we make all of our products in small batches. Due to the nature of our hand made products, color may vary from batch to batch. Wholesale orders are produced when the order is placed. Custom orders are welcome. Please call for details.

Shipping

Most orders ship within 5-10 business days. You will be notified of a planned ship date within 2 business days of placing your order. Shipping charges are estimated and unless otherwise requested will be based on best method/best price. Actual shipping charges will be applied to the invoice accordingly. Requests for pickup or special delivery are at the customer's discretion.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of shipment. For your convenience, we can accept checks, MasterCard and Visa. Payment by check must be received and processed prior orders being shipped. No COD orders are accepted.
 
Returns & Refused Shipments

Merchandise can not be returned until you receive a return authorization number. Call 773-405-7556 for authorization. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened products within 10 days. A 10% restocking fee and shipping charges will apply.

All of our products are carefully inspected, securely packed and sealed before leaving the shop. Damage in transit can happen and must be reported to the carrier immediately. All packages are automatically insured.

Placing an Order

Phone, email, or postal mail may be used to place wholesale orders. On-line wholesale ordering will be made available as soon as possible.
